LALJ publishes normative and empirical legal research that approaches Indonesian legal problems from a multidisciplinary perspective. Its readers include legal practitioners, researchers, academics, legal philosophers, criminologists, anthropologists, sociologists, historians, political scientists, and the wider legal community.
Subject coverage includes intellectual property law, constitutional and administrative law, criminal law and procedure, private and business law, international law, customary and Islamic law, environmental and maritime law, information technology and electronic transactions law, human rights law, law and society, alternative dispute resolution, and legal history and philosophy.
Every manuscript undergoes double-blind review by three referees and is screened with iThenticate against a maximum similarity threshold of 20 percent. Read the author guidelines before submitting.
